In this edition, we will collaborate with our Intertextile Directions Trend Committee member from New York, USA – MUSEATIVE, who is in charge of the concept and set-up of the Intertextile Trend Forum, to present the A/W 27/28 trends with your samples.
We cordially invite you to participate in our trend fabric & accessory display programme in which designer will select from your submitted swatch photos. Selected products will get the chance to display at Intertextile Trend Forum.
How To Apply
- STEP 1: Study the Trend Guide on the Spring / Summer 2027 Trends
- STPE 2: Download the application form
- STEP 3: Submit your application form with PHOTOS to claire.cheung@hongkong.messefrankfurt.com by 24 June 2026
- STEP 4: Result will be announced by mid-Jul via email
- STEP 5: To submit selected items sample (details to be mentioned in the announcement email)
The selected products will have the chance to be displayed onsite!

Submission Guideline
Selected swatches and accessories that will be displayed at Intertextile Trend Forum according to A/W 27/28 Trend Guide with your company name and booth number clearly labelled!
Theme: Please refer to A/W 27/28 Trend Guide for product types, pattern, colors in trend
Product type: Men’s & Women’s fabric or accessory
Submission Rules:
- Fill in the attached form and submit up to 20 pcs fabric or accessory photos for designer’s selection, the photos should be named as Product ID.
- Photo size with at least 1024*768 (300DPI).
- Ensure submitted photos are clear and in good quality (refer to photo sample at the bottom).
- Do not submit similar types of fabrics with different color, try to provide wide variety of fabric type.
Remarks:
- Samples without mentioning in the submission form will not be selected or displayed.
- Samples that cannot meet the requirement above will not be selected or displayed.
Submission Requirement - Fabrics
- Exhibitors will have to submit 55x55cm *with straight edges* for each type of selected fabric.
- Please make sure you have enough stock before photo submission.
Submission Requirement - Accessories
- 1 set of sample for each type of selected accessory.
- Please make sure you have enough stock before photo submission.
- Please use the following categories for your accessory submissions and note the requirements:

Sample photos should be high resolution enough to clearly show the pattern, texture and colour of your products.

Additional Exposure
In echo to our parallel online and offline platform, our show offered a value-added function for exhibitors participating at Trend Forum. The function serves to enhance your product exposure not only at the fairground but extend to online buyers, which allows onsite interaction and instant communication between buyers and participated exhibitors.
How it works:
Exhibitors who have their samples selected by designer will be listed on the sourcing page of our online platform to show your company and product details, and the same page can be accessed by onsite buyers via QR code tagged on display samples.
Exhibitors who submitted photo samples will give your consent for the organiser to collect, process and use the product data for the purposes of promoting and uploading to the show’s platforms.
